Who are prenatals for?
Everyone! Dr. Stephanie loves to talk to 2nd time parents who struggled with breastfeeding the 1st time. Prenatal consults are for specific, individual recommendations and are NOT substitutes for a breastfeeding class.
Telehealth okay?
Yes, telehealth is appropriate for prenatal consults. If you need Dr. Stephanie to examine your breasts, the visit needs to be in the office.
Can I take this medication?
Many moms have questions about breastfeeding while taking certain medications. Are they safe for the baby? What about their underlying conditions? These are great questions to ask in a prenatal consult!
