Group Support

Groups

Research shows that community promotes a better and longer breastfeeding experience. And group support is a proven treatment for post-partum depression!

Common Experience

While breastfeeding experiences can be vastly different, the challenge of using your body to feed a baby is common. Let's hear your story!

Knowledge Sharing

Do you have a tip or trick that made a difference in the 4th Trimester? We want to hear about it. Seriously, Dr. Stephanie doesn't have all the answers.

Emotional Support

If you are the only person in your friend group, or family, or workplace with a newborn, it can feel lonely. Please come meet other new moms.

Getting Out!

While lying in bed doing skin-to-skin is great for breastfeeding, at some point, new moms want to get out of the house. Groups are a safe place to test out "the great schlep."

Please RSVP!

New parents are welcome to groups.

If you're nursing.

If you're pumping.

But not if you or your baby are sick!!

Please schedule under your baby's name.
